A lot of stuff was hidden in plain sight in the latest trailer of the Elden Ring DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. It is only a matter of observance, some caught them. others just let it slip. In the newest analyses, fans have now put on the table some more details that might not have been noticed under the fog of excitement as many witnessed the trailer.
Is That Kung Lao in the New Elden Ring DLC?
In a clip shared on Elon Musk-owned social media platform X by a user dubbed Phoebe, the character resembling and appearance of Mortal Kombat‘s Kung Lao, however with an additional cape and a frock, can be seen performing martial arts-like moves that the players haven’t seen in the game before.
She highlighted in the comments that it “looks like Senpou Leaping Kicks,” a skill featured in another FromSoftware game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. It can inflict a great deal of damage when used in combat. It is not the only skill that fans noticed though.
User TheDevDummy wrote, “They straight up bringing back the bone fist and im hyped af.” Bone fist is a part of another Soulslike game, again developed by FronSoftware, Dark Souls 2. Unlike the aforementioned skill, it is a weapon available in one of the game’s DLC Crown of the Ivory King. Much like Senpou Leaping Kicks, it deals in high damage.
Sleuths Are On a Lookout For New Information
