Logan Paul, the controversial YouTuber and a part-time WWE fighter, recently came across Dillon Danis at a Misfits Boxing press conference. The two exchanged verbal jabs in the event that started on August 22.
Danis, who holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has won 2 times in his career so far in MMA; he is also a close friend of professional MMA star Conor McGregor. Paul and Danis are set to exchange blows on October 14 in Manchester.
The oncoming brawl between Paul and Danis is getting much traction as the former will once again meet YouTuber Olajide Olayinka Williams, stage name — KSI, whom he fought in 2019 in a match held in Los Angeles. KSI will be taking on Tommy Fury on the same date.
Danis, however, brought Logan Paul’s fiancee into the mix. Nina Agdal, a professional swimsuit model, got engaged to Paul in early July, which the boxer announced via Instagram; the duo had been dating since last year.
Dillon Danis Hurled Mic-Drop Insult At Logan Paul
The press conference attracted humongous viewership on the internet as Dillon Danis insulted Logan Paul which he didn’t see coming a mile away.
Paul claimed that Danis’ ex-girlfriend, Savannah Montano, had cheated on him with Paul’s brother – Jake Paul; he’s a boxer as well.
“You don’t gotta take that sh-t out on me ‘cause my brother hooked up with your ex!” – said Paul.
“At least I got rid of the sl-t; you’re marrying one,” replied Danis.
Danis’ comeback garnered the audience’s “hoohaa” as he indirectly pointed out Nina Agdal’s previous boyfriend and acting legend – Leonardo DiCaprio, whom she dated for a year in 2016-17.
Dillon Danis’ Brutal Checkmate To Logan Paul
The verbal blows between Danis and Paul continued with the former revealing the biggest insult he had in his arsenal against the latter’s fiancee.
Leonardo DiCaprio attracted quite the attention on social media last year as he only dated young models. The actor was often spotted on vacation with Agdal in Mexico and Ibiza.
Paul started ranting about how his fiancee was so beautiful and belittled Danis when he finally shut him up.
“Dillon Dillon Dillon… you ain’t ever ever been with any girl as beautiful as my girl. My lovely fiancee, my sweetheart who I love so much. My superstar whose apartment cost more than your entire net worth,” said Paul.
“Leonardo DiCaprio paid for it,” Danis hit back.
All eyes will now be on the AO Arena in Manchester where the double-blaster bout will take place – KSI v Tommy Fury and Logan Paul v Dillon Danis.
The matches are promoted by DAZN group and they will be exclusively pay-per-view.
