The hype of Jujutsu Kaisen has been increasing after every episode as MAPPA and Gege Akutami are unleashing a plethora of emotions over fans. From killing Nanami to Yuji’s emotional breakdown, Jujutsu Kaisen has been a big emotional ride for the characters as well as the fans of the show, but still, the anticipation increased so much after each episode that fans always come back for more.
The latest episode of the series was a combination of emotional and action scenes which was depicted beautifully by the characters. People got to witness the friendship of Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji through memory and also got the chance to see one of the best fight scenes of the Shibuya arc where Aoi Todo and Yuji fought against Mahito.
However, one visual angle that the anime showed was so cruel, that it got fans enraged to the point where they jumped on X (Twitter) to share their anger and let the people at MAPPA and Akutami know what they have done.
Cruel Visual Angle Through Nobara Kugisaki’s Point of View
The fight between Mahito and Yuji is continued in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 20, which also discloses Nobara Kugisaki’s current status. Aoi Todo then intervenes to save Yuji.
The beginning of the episode shows a memory where Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara are sitting at a cafe when Nobara accidentally spills coffee on a shirt they were holding for Gojo. They try to think of ways to swap out the shirt before Gojo comes to take it back. The group laughs as the scene rewinds to Yuji ignoring Nobara’s lifeless body on the ground and Yuji going insane next to her.
But, as the scene returns to the present a visual angle appears on the screen that shows a point of view through Nobara’s blown-up eye socket staring towards Yuji during the scene was extremely upsetting to watch for many fans. Fans got enraged by the scene as this was one of the most cruel things the series has shown which was not at all expected by them.
Fans Get Angry Over Cruel Visual Angle in Latest Episode
After watching one of the most disgusting scenes in Jujutsu Kaisen, fans went on to X(Twitter) to share their anger and sadness towards MAPPA and Akutami for showing this scene at such an unexpected moment.
Some fans stated that it was an uncalled-for moment, while others said that they might need therapy sessions after this. Some even went on to threaten Akutami while some were sad by the fact that they decided to watch Jujutsu Kaisen in the first place.

Jujutsu Kaisen is known for having dark scenes and having a kind of gore setting and fans were pretty comfortable with it. But this scene has been one of the most devastating things the fans have ever witnessed happen in Jujutsu Kaisen which was not expected by anybody, that too just after such a sweet memory.
