“I tained twice a day. Two, two and a half hours in the gym in the morning. NET works, heavy bags. All different, weird, you know, exercises like we were training for fights.”

Jake Gyllenhaal’s physique has caused the internet to coin the nickname “Jacked Gyllenhaal”. According to Medium, his routine for Road House included a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardio.
