Cameron Diaz recalled the surprise party where her friends kept waiting in the bathroom

Organizing a surprise party arrive with its own sets of challenges and crafting a surprise birthday party for Cameron Diaz went a little south after the actress didn’t arrive on time. Considering the party for the actress’ birthday was taking place in Gwyneth Paltrow’s home, some of the actress’ close friends from the industry like Jimmy Fallon kept waiting in the bathtub for about half an hour. The two recalled the hilarious situation, as they chimed in together explaining,

“It was a surprise birthday and you guys were all stuck in the bathroom for like a half an hour,” said Diaz. Fallon then explained, “It was in Gwyneth Paltrow’s house, and it was a surprise party for you and you were late… We are all stuck in the bathtub like why we are hiding in the bathtub,  We can hide anywhere in the house… There was like 10 of us in the bathroom waiting for you”

But despite the inconveniences that the 10 had to endure while organizing this party, things eventually worked out, as they did succeed in making her birthday memorable.
