In a recent editorial with Vanity Fair, Chris Hemsworth revealed that he and his brothers loved watching movies like Legends of the Fall, especially Brad Pitt’s character Tristan Ludlow. The three brothers were huge fans of Ludlow and Hemsworth even called him the most beautiful man on-screen. His fandom for the character was so huge that Hemsworth named one of his twin-sons Tristan.

“There’s never been a more beautiful man onscreen,” Chris Hemsworth talking about Tristan Ludlow “Is this not the coolest character in the world?” Chris Hemsworth said to his wife. “I think one of our kids needs to be named Tristan.”

Legends of the Fall follows the Ludlow brothers, raised on a remote Montana ranch by their disillusioned Colonel father. Tristan, the middle son (played by Brad Pitt), embodies a carefree spirit but grapples with guilt after a family tragedy.

World War I disrupts their idyllic life, and upon returning home, a love triangle ignites between Tristan, his brother Alfred, and Susannah, his brother Samuel’s fiancee. It was a highly critically acclaimed movie and was praised for Pitt’s generational acting.

Chris Hemsworth to Star in Matthew Vaughn’s Project X

Chris Hemsworth is set to star in an action film with the working title Project X, directed by Matthew Vaughn. The exciting news here is that the principal photography of the movie has already taken place over a period of 11 months, as revealed by Vaughn in the Happy Sad Confused podcast.

Hemsworth will be joined by Sam Rockwell, and Vaughn himself serves as producer. While the details of the movie are scarce at the moment, the director is highly enthusiastic about the project.
