This Is Me… Now released today, coinciding with the release of her movie This Is Me… Now: A Love Story. Lopez’s latest movie project, This Is Me… Now: A Love Story, is a 65-minute musical film directed by Dave Meyers.

The high-budget production film marks her debut as a screenwriter and story creator. It also features music from the latest album and combines elements of music, rom-com, and action.

The main character (Lopez) in the film (similar to her real life) tries to figure out why she’s had a hard time with love, using the pop singer’s own experiences from four marriages. The story mixes in sci-fi stuff, with the 54-year-old moving through past, present, dreams, and a futuristic fantasy world.
