During an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, Hugh Dillon, one of the co-creators of the show was asked about the “Taylorverse” and how every iteration of Yellowstone is making a major impact out there. Can fans witness the show receiving a spin-off series in the future?
Dillon answered,
“Right now, we’re just so into season 2 that I can’t really be honest about that. I’m still in post, and we’re just trying to get to the end of it. But I know Taylor, and I know the rest of the family. The thing is, they can pivot and do anything. They just have to be great ideas.“
While Hugh Dillon did not share which character would receive a spin-off series of their own, that would make it an equally popular show like the original one. In order to do so, only one character deserves a series of their own and it is none other than Aiden Gillen’s Milo Sunter.
Why Does Aiden Gillen’s Milo Sunter Deserves a Spin-off Series of His Own?
Aiden Gillen is an outstanding actor, who is best known for portraying Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish in the renowned HBO series Game of Thrones, his other works roles in projects like The Dark Knight Rises, Peaky Blinders, The Maze Runner film series, and Bohemian Rhapsody. He has added one more role in his resume as he portrays the role of Milo Sunter, a Russian mafia boss imprisoned in the Kingstown Prison.
Gillen has caught the attention of the fans from the first episode of season one, as he is one of the most intimidating characters in the show. The character was imprisoned for the murder of armored car guards during a robbery. Throughout the three seasons of the show, Milo Sunter has showcased no limits in the lengths to which he will go to maintain power and perhaps acquire more of it.
The character is cold, and calculative, making him more enigmatic, compelling, and equally terrifying.
