However, an insider told InTouch Weekly that this was proof that the two led separate lives and did not attend ceremonies together. They also mentioned that there were some problems arising between them especially due to Ryan Gosling’s sprawling career. The actor has his slate full with the upcoming film The Fall Guy and has been rumored to have been cast in the MCU.
These events have reportedly hinted at trouble in their relationship. The source mentioned to InTouch that Eva Mendes was tired of not having her career while the Blade Runner 2049 star got to enjoy his gigs. They said,

“It may not seem obvious, but he’s very dominant and dictates how they live their public life. He insists on their ultra-private image, and from the beginning, he was the one who decided that they would not step out together.”
The insider also revealed that the last straw for their relationship might be Ryan Gosling’s desire to have another child.
