Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man is undoubtedly one of the favorite superheroes, who has evolved with the help of advanced technologies that helped him fight mightiest villains like Thanos. Given that he is the one who saved the world by stealing the Infinity Stones from Thanos’ gauntlet to wield it himself, it just shows how powerful his powers are.

An inducing Marvel fan art by Jessica Perez creates a poster of two comic characters fused into one. The art showcases the final form which will be formed hypothetically when Tom Hardy‘s Venom merges into Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man. Tony Stark’s advanced suit turns all black similar to the anti-hero’s costume while the techy traits remain similar to that of Iron Man’s.

Venom is surely one of the most interesting characters in the Spider-Man Universe. The character is unique for one special thing- his bonding with Peter Parker. Fans of the Spider-Man franchise must be well aware that he was a part of Parker for quite a while, which he used to target the hero on a personal level by diving into his intrusive thoughts.

Imagining him in Iron Man’s suit would surely enhance the powers the symbiote currently holds. The character is set to return to the big screen quite soon as Sony has already released a schedule for the character’s return.

Sony’s anticipated movie, Venom 3 has been pushed back to a November 2024 release from its previous July release schedule. Kelly Marcel, who was attached to the first two installments in the Venom franchise as producer and writer, is set to direct the threequel. Marcel has also co-written the screenplay with the titular actor for this project.

Hardy is set to return as Eddie Brock, an investigative journalist who becomes bonded with an alien symbiote, which leads him to gain superhuman abilities and acquire an aggressive alter-ego, known as Venom.

Apart from Hardy, Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor also joined the project in undisclosed roles. However, insider Daniel Richtman reported last year that Ejiofor would portray the role of the comic book antagonist, Orwell Taylor. He is the head of a faction named The Jury, an organization tasked with eliminating Venom. Each member of the organization is equipped with technology inspired by Tony Stark’s designs.

Meanwhile, the Venom series is set to be a part of Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, having no connection with the Marvel Cinematic Universe like that of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man series.
