Venom stands tall as one of the most iconic characters to come out of Marvel Comics. The alien symbiote is distinct and memorable when put up against others and it represents something different for every person he goes up against. With Eddie Brock, they share a codependent relationship, whereas, for Peter Parker, it is one of self-destruction and darkness. Regardless of this, there is no doubt that fans absolutely adore this character, both as the protagonist and a villain, and have been wanting to see him feature in the MCU ever since the character of Peter Parker was introduced.

Tom Hardy’s Venom Making An Entrance Into The MCU?

After much anticipation, expectations, and speculations, it has been reported, via Cosmic Marvel, that the SUMC will be merging with the MCU through Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4. This means many things for many different characters, including the characters from the upcoming Kraven the Hunter, and Madame Web, however, one of the most talked about aspects of this integration is that of Tom Hardy’s Venom. This character has already teased his entry into the franchise after appearing in a post-credit scene in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where the symbiote left behind a small part of himself in Earth-99999.

This could be the perfect opportunity, not only for the introduction of Hardy’s Eddie Brock into the MCU but also for the plotline of Peter Parker being under the control of Venom. While it may not be known how these characters are going to make their way into this franchise, we can speculate on what influence and impact they will have on the plots and stories that are being built up. The best example of this could be that of Kang the Conqueror and whether Venom’s character will be a part of Avengers: Secret Wars.

Venom Could Fight Kang in Avengers: Secret Wars

While Spider-Man 4 does not have a release date that has been announced as of yet, it has been suggested by reports that it will sometime in 2025. Avengers: Secret Wars, on the other hand, does have a release date scheduled, that being 7 May 2027. It can be expected that the fourth Spider-Man film will come out before the release of the next Avengers films, considering this film will be important to help progress Peter Parker’s story from where he was left at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Another reason for this would be the fact that he is a crucial part of The Avengers and may even be responsible for leading them in these films. With this, it can also be expected that characters from the SUMC may an appearance in the sixth Avengers film, to help fight the biggest bad that The Avengers have gone up against, Kang the Conqueror.

In this fight, Venom will be the perfect addition to this for many reasons, starting with the fact that it can be expected that many heads will be needed to be bitten off during battle. He is also incredibly powerful, and the Avengers will need all hands on deck, considering the absence of three of the original six members.
