Roman Reigns on the big screen looks like a formidable professional wrestler who could pin you down without hesitation if you provoke him. But on the inside, he is a much more softer person than many would assume the Head of the Table to be. If anything, he had to go through similar struggles as anyone else to reach the star-studded position he currently stands in.
While he still stands tall every time he is seen in public and on the screens, which inevitably leads to many assuming he just has a massive ego, Reigns has a soft spot too. And this soft spot was evident in the most recent episode of Biography: WWE Legends, where the Tribal Chief struggled to hold back his tears after listening to what his deceased older brother had to say about him.
WWE Legends: Roman Reigns’ Brother Almost Brought Him to Tears
Biography: WWE Legends, the unscripted series that started in 2021 and has since shared insights into the personal and public lives of WWE superstars, has recently received an addition to its star-studded wrestlers: Roman Reigns.
Yes, you read it right: The recently released episode six of season 4 does share the story of the Powerhouse. And it was during this very episode that the Juggernaut couldn’t hold his soft side from poking through, all because of a message his late older brother had for him.
According to what a fan @brandnewdrip shared through an excerpt from the episode on X, this episode featured them playing an extract from the interview that WWE previously had with Reigns’ brother Matt “Rosey” Anoa’i.

In the clip, the late Rosey can be heard saying:
“[When he was younger,] he had something special. That specialty [had] something to do with athletics. Just his focus on the gym, all through high school and college. He knew that he was set for something great. You know? He’s setting the bar in our family that much higher.”
Not only did this heartfelt message deeply touch the Tribal Chief, but it also almost brought him to tears, considering how Reigns was seen struggling to hold back his tears while hearing what his late brother had to say about him.
For those who may be unversed with the situation, Rosey passed away in 2017 in a tragic turn of events. The reason behind his death was cited to be heart problems, with PWInsider claiming that “Anoa’i had been dealing with congestive heart failure in recent years.”
Thus, the message coupled with the weight of having lost his older brother so soon had Roman Reigns inevitably turning emotional. Nonetheless, all of this only further proves just how worthy the WWE legend is to hold all the titles he currently holds, and fans agree with us on the same.
Fans React to Rosey’s Message and Roman Reigns’ Reaction to It
Since the viewers and even fans have mostly seen him in his burly personality, most were quite surprised to see The Powerhouse look so moved and on the verge of tears by what Rosey had to say about him.
Taking to X, while some fans reacted to this by claiming that Reigns deserves every bit of appreciation he gets for achieving all of his incredible feats in the wrestling world, others are expressing just how much Rosey must be proud of his younger brother now.
His brother was 100% right. He went through so many hardships and was able to persevere he had the greatness inside of him imo the greatest ever accomplished something nobody has ever thought possible in this era!!

For what it’s worth, Roman Reigns most certainly deserves everything he has achieved throughout his tenure in the wrestling world, and Rosey’s message for him only further proves this.
