James Gunn has started establishing the future of the DC Universe by releasing the slate of the first chapter. Seeing that the legacy of Zack Snyder is slowly being removed from the franchise, fans are starting to rumble in want for the sequel to his version of Justice League. Zack Snyder’s Justice League was one movie that managed to form an entire fandom around it.
The movie set an entire story for the team that was meant to begin a new phase for the DCU. While that plan never got to be initiated, it left fans wanting for more. The audience’s demand for the sequel only increased the more it became evident that the franchise wanted nothing to do with Snyder.
Before James Gunn, Zack Snyder’s Justice League Started A Journey For DC
Zack Snyder‘s Justice League began a story that engrossed the fans to a huge extent. The journey of Superman and Batman with the entire League beside them as a team created a future for the DCU. Seeing the appearance of Darkseid, Henry Cavill’s Superman going rogue, and heroes and villains teaming up at the end of the movie, fans were left wanting more.
While Snyder had planned for his story to be a long-term thing, it was unfortunately never taken forward. His era ended with the movie and soon Cavill, the actor who came with Snyder in Man of Steel left the franchise. The actors who were a part of the Justice League are all stepping away from the franchise with Ben Affleck and Cavill confirmed not to be returning. The sequel that never came to be has riled up fans and now that the new chapter for the DCU has finally been released, they want Snyder to complete his story as well.
Fans Demand Zack Snyder Get A Justice League Sequel
Fans have been constantly revolting against James Gunn and the DCU for wanting Zack Snyder to direct the Justice League sequel. This has made fans want Netflix to at least adopt the Snyderverse. Doing so would provide the series an opportunity to continue its story.

The demand has increased greatly since the announcement of Affleck and Cavill’s departure. They want to see Deathstroke and Batman team up and fight Superman, trying to get him back to the hero that he was. Fans want to see a sequel and hope that perhaps one day Netflix would take up the Snyderverse.
