Talent runs deep in the Pedro Pascal family and Lux Pascal is a shining example of that. 17 years junior to her famous brother, she was born as Lucas Balmaceda in California before migrating to Chile at the age of 3. In 2021, she came out as a transgender woman and adopted the name of Lux Balmaceda Pascal. A graduate from the prestigious Juilliard School in 2023 where she specialized in acting, Pascal studied theater extensively in Chile which led to many impressive performances on stage.
These experiences were a stepping stone to landing her first television role in the Spanish series Los 80. She went on to make her name in soaps like Juana Brava before starring in her film debut in 2016. Her most notable role in her international crossover was her presence in Narcos in which she played the character Elijah and shared screen space with her brother Pedro Pascal.
