Will Grand Theft Auto 6 Trailer Beat BTS’ Record?
The YouTube views for Grand Theft Auto 6 are increasing as fans have waited long enough to have a glimpse and update for the highly anticipated game from the series. As of writing this piece, the game has reached 26 million views in just three hours of its launch on YouTube.
Most often, music videos occupy the top spot when it comes to record-breaking views in 24 hours. South Korean boy band BTS has been unbeatable for a while as they have occupied not one spot in the list of top 5 highest viewed videos in 24 hours, but the streak of record continued thrice.
BTS and Halsey’s Boy With Luv is in the 5th spot with 74.6 million views on YouTube within 24 hours of its release. Their 2020 song Dynamite hit 101.1 million views in 24 hours. Butter took the number one spot with 108 million views in one day.
At this rate of GTA 6’s astonishing views, the trailer of the game could beat the record, but that wouldn’t be in a heartbeat as it is not easy to reach 108 million in a day. However, the battle would be interesting, and fans are expecting the trailer to be on the top.

Grand Theft Auto 6 Will Feature a Female Protagonist
After ten years in the making and several leaks and rumors, fans now have the official trailer for the game that has shared several details. The most remarkable step the game has established must be the female protagonist for the first time in GTA’s history.
The first trailer focuses on a single female protagonist, Lucia. She appears in an orange-colored prison jumpsuit. She would embark on the classic road to crime in Vice City with her boyfriend after her release from jail. The game will be set in Leonida, a statement from Rockstar revealed earlier.
“Grand Theft Auto VI heads to the state of Leonida, home to the neon-soaked streets of Vice City and beyond in the biggest, most immersive evolution of the Grand Theft Auto series yet,” Rockstar stated (via, The Verge).
The sequel to 2013’s GTA V, which holds the record of the second-best-selling video game of all time after Minecraft, is expected to set its own record. The GTA VI is scheduled for release in 2025. As per Rockstar, the game will be available to play on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S.
