Xbox Free Play Days has always been a treat to all the fans of the console. This time is no exception. Microsoft has revealed four new free games that fans can enjoy if they are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass or the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
This fan-favorite event allows Game Pass Core and Ultimate subscribers to gain access to full game releases completely free for a limited period of time. Not only that, all of the in-game progress made in this period will be carried over, and players can continue from where they left if they choose to buy the full game. Let take a look at which rabbits Xbox is hiding in its magic hat.
Which games are coming to Xbox Free Play Days (Feb 15–19)?
This weekend, fans will get the opportunity to check out four popular titles thanks to Xbox Free Play Days. Among these four games, there are two recent major titles that dropped as recently as last year. All four games will be playable for free until Sunday, February 18, starting on Thursday, February 15. The games on offer are:
- Dead Island 2
- Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
- Warstride Challenges
- Code Vein
This highly anticipated event serves as a fantastic opportunity for Xbox Game Pass Core and Ultimate subscribers to test out the games for a limited period. The exciting part of the event is that players will get extra discounts for buying these games. Dead Island 2 is right now at 45% off, whereas Code Vein fans will get a whopping discount of 85% if they want to buy the full game. Warstride Challenges and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 are at 25% and 50% off respectively. Through these offers, players can extend their access to the games on offer beyond this weekend at a heavily discounted price.
Get the most out of the Xbox Free Play Days
There is even a slight chance that you can finish one of these entire games for free in this limited timespan. You will have a hard time doing that with Dead Island 2 though, as it demands around 30 hours of gameplay to complete the whole storyline. Although if you are extremely passionate and dedicated to the game then you could squeeze it in over a weekend.
There are a number of players who were not able to finish Code Vein due to its termination from service in February 2022. They now have the chance to complete the game this weekend. However, if you are looking to finish the whole game from scratch it will be impossible to do so, as this action-RPG takes 80 long hours to complete. That being said, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 takes a mere 15 hours to complete the whole campaign, so this fighting game will be the best bet to complete a title this weekend without spending a single penny. Not too shabby!
For anyone who missed out on these four popular titles at their respective launch windows and fancies getting hands-on, this event is a golden opportunity for you. Not only that, but they will also get a discount on each of these games. What are you waiting for? Get your controller and immerse yourself in the Xbox Free Play Days.
