Xbox Game Pass goes through a vicious cycle of hype every now and then. At one point, there are a bunch of indie titles and a couple of triple-A games that may tickle your fancy, and sometimes a massive game like Diablo IV gets announced for arrival on the popular subscription service.
As of late, however, the online collection has been somewhat lacking, but a massive sale of one of the biggest video game franchises is here to distract you in all the right ways. Call of Duty games are on a big discount at the time of writing, and this could be the ideal opportunity to check out these games.

Not too long ago, it was officially announced that the Call of Duty games are heading to Xbox Game Pass, but it’s yet to be seen which titles will make their way to the subscription service. Until that happens, players may just have to spend some money and try out the games for themselves.
Head over to Steam, and you will find the franchise wrapped in deals that you have probably not seen before. Even the latest entry, Modern Warfare 3, is at 35% off. This is easily one of the biggest sales for a revered franchise in recent times, and the paradox of choice might just hit you with this one.
Since free-to-play games like Warzone give you a taste of what it’s like to find yourself in the midst of Call of Duty’s fantastic gunplay design, it’s high time players give the older (and newer) campaigns a try too. Moreover, the multiplayer aspect of the franchise deserves its own conversation.
