From their red-carpet interactions to interview moments, the internet seems to be loving their little chit-chats and cute gestures. However, one of their red-carpet interactions on the premiere of Dune: Part 2 has been going viral, not because it is too cute to handle but because of how quickly it turned into an NSFW moment!

Florence Pugh has plenty of fans in the film industry but the internet lately seems to be loving her friendship with Rebecca Ferguson. Both the actresses will be starring together for the first time in Dune: Part 2. While Pugh will be starring as Princess Irulan, Ferguson will be reprising her role of Lady Jessica in the sequel.

Throughout the movie’s ongoing premiere, the two actresses have shown a close bond and can be often found embracing each other during the press tour. However, one of their recent hugs from the red carpet of the movie’s premiere has been going viral (see X). After calling Pugh her valentine on Instagram, Ferguson recently hugged her co-star on the red carpet leading to quite a bit of wild fan reactions.

Dressed in a grey gown with barely any coverage on the sides, Pugh can be spotted hugging the MI star who was apparently dressed in a fishnet dress with huge black boots. The embrace that lasted for about 10 seconds quickly turned into an NSFW red carpet event when Ferguson attempted to straddle Pugh and Pugh’s dress from the side bared it all for everyone to see.

Taken by surprise, Pugh laughed it off and the two said their goodbyes.

Rebecca Ferguson is known for being among the eccentric side of Hollywood but so is Pugh. While Ferguson once wore printed grey leggings under her incredible black red-carpet dress during the Mission: Impossible 7 premiere (see Business Insider), Pugh is known for her fearless fashion which often involves bold and sheer dresses depicting the intricacies of her body with full detail (see British Vogue).

And so, while their NSFW embrace on the red carpet was hardly weird for fans (for they have pretty much gotten used to it), this is how they reacted on the internet:

While the internet seems to be enjoying their friendship, we reckon Paul Mescal might be feeling a bit jealous (see Radar Online).

Meanwhile, Dune: Part 2 will release on March 1, 2024.
