Netflix’s hit show, Stranger Things is coming to an end with its fifth season but fans can’t stay still. While the series continues to create a buzz online, Millie Bobby Brown who has been portraying Eleven’s role, has seemingly unraveled her character’s future in a new interview leaving fans preparing for the worst-case scenario.
The Duffer brothers-created sci-fi show revolves around the residents of a fictional town who get indulged in facing off hostile forces after a secret experiment opens a gateway for the Upside Down. Even the character of Eleven is related to the human experimentation facility but what would happen to her in the fifth season? As the fans worry about the character’s future, the lead star has something for the fans.
Millie Bobby Brown Talked About Eleven’s Arc in Stranger Things!
The Enola Holmes actress has been portraying the character since the age of 12. Playing one of the primary roles in the show, she has continued to be the epicenter in each season.
While fans wonder about the ending of the Stranger Things given that the fifth season is currently in development, Millie Bobby Brown in a recent interview with Capital Official reveals how her character, Eleven’s journey will end in the series.
She shared,
“Well I haven’t read the end, I know what happens to my character because I kind of forced myself into the writers’ room. I messaged the directors and said ‘Can I come over and have a meeting with you’ and then I came over and there was a whiteboard.”
While many are excited to hear about it, she teased about her ending as she stated,
“I saw my ending and thought, ‘Oh’, and then I walked away very slowly.”
While it seems like the cast is as clueless as us about the ending, she did assert that the directors are aware of her witnessing the whiteboard which specified Eleven’s ending. She also added the possibility of the details would have been potentially added to throw her off.

The new interview didn’t seem to fit well with Stranger Things fans who couldn’t help but feel skeptical about Eleven’s ending in the show. While many have already been worrying about her character, Brown’s spoiler regarding her arc seems to look bad.

I gotta a feeling she has to seal herself in the upside down

Her being the one to open the portal to the upside down is gonna come around and say that only her death can close it. Calling it rn

However, few believe that Eleven’s conclusion in Season 5 could be far more interesting, which might not be her death.
People will no doubt speculate that Eleven dies – but I think Millie is alluding to a far more interesting end to her character and to #StrangerThings.

While the theories continue, it is too soon to conclude since the fifth season is still in development. Given that the Netflix show is ending, Bobby Brown in a Collider Ladies Night interview revealed how her character played a crucial role in her life.
“Well, I’m really emotional, and I do attach myself to characters. I got the Eleven tattoo, so I always feel like there’s gonna be a sense of her with me, and I’ll always go back to her for reference. Of course, I wanna grow as an actor and as a person, but of course, that’s always gonna be my home and my root to who I was and who I am.”
Alongside her, the ensemble cast includes Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, and Maya Hawke. While no official release date for the fifth season has been revealed, all four seasons are available on Netflix.
