With the game being virtually over, players will no doubt be excited about this demake. Although it lacks the flamboyant graphics of the original version, it makes up for it with its simplistic gameplay set in an arcade-style world due to its sheer ingenuity.

The creators, who are famed for demaking popular games, have also uploaded a video with commentary from the director.

A game as complex and huge as Elden Ring must have taken extraordinary skills on the part of the developers to demake. But they not only did it successfully, they even released a trailer where they play the game in the arcade universe which can be accessed on Nintendo Switch.

The trailer shows the protagonist of the game riding Torrent against the vast expanse of the game’s open world. The video shows the player fighting a sleuth of monsters and traversing across different terrains. They also show boss fights that are reminiscent of the arcade video games of the ’90s.

The game is the 7th entry in a series of short demakes that the channel is creating. The game style is that of the popular SNES RPGs on the platform like Terranigma, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasy 6.

The game has been out for more than one and a half years but now that Elden Ring is finally over along with all its DLCs, players who wish to experience more of the game but in a slightly different form, can head over to their Nintendo Switches to play this 64-bit demake.

Fans have now taken to wonder and debate regarding the intent of Melania after the release of the DLC.

Hidetaka Miyazaki and his team at FromSoftware are no doubt working on another project behind the scenes, whose announcements and updates are eagerly awaited by fans. But while they wait, this 64-bit demake of the popular game can act as a worthy time pass.

Whether it is actually better than Miyazaki’s masterpiece is a debate for fans but the trailer seems to point at a simplistic gameplay which some fans would prefer in place of the grueling workload of Elden Ring.

I travel. I game. I write. In no strict order.

The single biggest lie told all around is, "It isn't that simple." It is simple, everything is. And that is what I emulate in my writing. No unnecessary jargons and no flamboyant flourish. Just what's needed to get your imagination going. After all mind has no limit, unlike the written word.
