Kevin Feige on Harry Styles’ Future in the MCU
Harry Styles joined the mega-franchise MCU as Starfox in the mid-credits scene of the 2021 film Eternals. The movie, however, did not turn out to be the best of the cinematic universe, and there has been no significant update about the film or the character’s future in the franchise.
The studio head, Kevin Feige, has shared that the studio, along with the actor, are excited and are waiting for the right time. “He’s excited. We’re excited. We will see,” he said at the Las Vegas premiere of the upcoming film The Marvels, via Entertainment Tonight.
“You introduce a lot of new characters in a lot of movies and a lot of tags. Where do the tag folk reappear? That’s a good question,” he added. Feige has earlier addressed Styles’ potential future in the film series and has said that they are excited about “The Adventures of Eros and Pip (Patton Oswalt.)”
When asked about rumors surrounding Taylor Swift joining the MCU as Dazzler, he didn’t say much except, “A lot of musicians.” He has reportedly been interested in Dazzler-centric movies, as Fandango’s Erik Davis revealed that the studio head is a big fan of the Marvel character.
Concerns Surrounding Harry Styles’ Return to the MCU
Harry Styles’ cameo in Eternals had been an exciting update for the MCU fans. However, following Eternals‘ box office performance and no further updates about a sequel, fans have been concerned about his future in the franchise.
