Michael Fassbender, known for his portrayal of Magneto in the X-Men film franchise, pulled off an impressive feat of illusion that left a young fan utterly astonished. Fassbender brought depth and nuance to the character, making him both sympathetic and terrifying.
During a casual encounter, Fassbender employed his on-screen persona’s magnetic powers to manipulate a car, convincing the unsuspecting child that he was witnessing real-life magic.

Michael Fassbender Tricked Kid into Thinking He’s Magneto
During an interview with Josh Horowitz on Happy Sad Confused, Fassbender was asked about his days in X-Men. Talking about how he enjoyed his time as Magneto, he said:
“It is funny that opening stuff, I did do with the kid before was like there and you know the way you can click open a boot in a car right?“
He continued:
“I had like the clicker in my pocket and I did do that and the boot of the car opened up you and still two realize was a trick. But yeah, I enjoyed the time.”
Fassbender’s Magneto is one of the most memorable villains in comic book movie history. He is a complex and tragic figure who is both sympathetic and terrifying. Fassbender’s performance is one of the reasons why the X-Men films are so successful.
Michael Fassbender Speaks on Whether He Will Return as Magneto
Michael Fassbender thinks his run as one of the greatest villains in the MCU is done, and it was truly satisfactory. While speaking in the same interview, he shared his thoughts on any chance of reprisal of the character.
“You know, I think we had a great run,” the actor said. “I thoroughly enjoyed it. By the time Dark Phoenix was over, I was like, ‘Well, you know, I was lucky: we had a fantastic run of it.’“
“I enjoyed the time and then it came, I think, to its natural conclusion,” Fassbender concluded.
Fassebender’s Magneto debuted in 2011’s X-Men: First Class. He also played the role of Magneto in X-Men: Days of Future Past. And, then he continued to reprise the role in 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse and 2019’s Dark Phoenix.
