The second time was when Shanks reached Wano at the exact time when Ryokogyu reached Wano and attacked the place.
Shanks reached there at the right time and scared him off even without making any contact. And the next time he made an appearance was when he was in Elbaf. These mysterious travels of Shanks have led to the rise of theory which claims that Shanks has the ability to teleport wherever he wants.
Theory Claims Shanks Has The Ability to Teleport
In the latest chapter of One Piece, a mysterious ship has reached Egghead and many believe that it is Shanks’ ship. This led to the development of the theory which stated that Shanks can show up anywhere he wants because he has the ability to teleport from one place to another. This would explain how he reached Marineford on time just after fighting Kaido.
The only character who has shown the characteristics of teleportation is Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, one of the five elders who reached Egghead from Mariejois in a second. Previous episodes have shown Shanks having ties with the five elders as he was seen talking to them about a certain pirate.
While this theory holds very little credence, it still somewhat makes sense. The mystery behind the character of Shanks will surely be a big one and when it is revealed, fans will surely be shocked. As One Piece is almost done with the first arc of the final saga, it won’t be long before we get to know more about Shanks.
