The Community Isn’t Too Happy About This Information

PlayStation Plus service
Is it even worth subscribing to the service anymore?

The unfortunate news was also shared by user MichaelWildeboer on Reddit. The comments section is full of players wording their disappointment, and figuring out how to go about so many games leaving the subscription service in a month.

This sentiment seems to be mutual across the board since the franchise has been one of the most important additions to PS Plus in the last few years.

Users like BigSto also make a valid point:

maybe im crazy but losing a good portion of Final Fantasy games lowers the value of Extra overall. perhaps im being dramatic but ive been on the fence about keeping my Extra subscription but it legitimately seems to be getting worse.

It feels like players are going through different stages of grief and acceptance as they hear this news, trying to make sense of PS Plus‘ relatively expensive monthly subscription, now that the value seems to feel even worse.

Players have also pointed out how more and more games are leaving but not much is being added to the subscription service. Some of the recent additions have also not gone well with the community and players have thrashed the company.
