Harrison Ford Thinks The Debate About Han Solo vs Indiana Jones is Ridiculous
Harrison Ford embodied two of cinema’s most popular and iconic characters, Han Solo from Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Each character has their own fanbases, and fans continue to debate about which one is more influential than the other. However, Ford is uninterested in the debate and wants fans to stop asking questions that pit them against each other.
In an interview with Esquire, Ford stated that he gets frequently asked who would win in a fight between Han Solo and Indiana Jones. He joked that in the end, he himself would win and think that these types of questions are ridiculous and stupid. He said,
“Well, they usually ask me, ‘If there was a fight between Han Solo and Indiana Jones, who would f**,,,,kin’ win?’ And I say [voice rising, fingers drumming], ‘Me, a**hole! I don’t want to f**king make shit up like that. I mean, what are you asking me that crap for?’”
Ford has moved on from both roles and ventured into more exciting territory as an actor. He recently joined the MCU and will star as Thunderbolt Ross in Captain America: Brave New World. He is also set to return for the second season of Apple TV+’s Shrinking and Paramount+’s 1923.
