Every gamer around the world will have either heard or played Fortnite, but now, thanks to the State of Unreal 2024, we can see some of the upcoming content that will be coming to the game over the next few updates.
Whether you are more focused on the battle royale mode or enjoying exploring the many creator islands, LEGO survival mode, or the plenty of other modes that are available within the game, this State of Unreal has something for everyone, as plenty of content and quality of life updates have been revealed.
Finding Creative Islands Will Be Even Easier Now Than Ever Before
Players will soon be able to find their favourite creative islands so much easier thanks to a new system that will be added to the game. The simplest part of this feature will be the opportunity to favourite certain islands so that you can save them to a list for easy access.
There will also be the opportunity to share your creations through social media, which will allow you to share your projects with your friends and fanbase if you have one, allowing players even more opportunities to access the many different creations that fill Fortnite.
Fortnite Will Finally Get a First-Person Camera
One of the few complaints with Epic Games’ Fortnite is the fact that it has always been a third-person game with no option to change it. But now, it has been announced that players will be able to change their camera from a third-person perspective into a first-person perspective.
2025 Will Be a Big Year for Fortnite
The biggest announcement regarding Fortnite in the State of Unreal is the fact that Fortnite will be moving to UEFN sometime in 2025. Currently, there has been no exact information as to when this will happen, but from what was announced, it will be making this change at the beginning of one of the games many seasons.
This will likely change the game in its entirety, as it will bring a whole new graphical overhaul to the game while also ensuring that aspects like better physics, more defined locations, and so much more will make the game look even better than it does now.
Fall Guys Will Be Making an Appearance in Fortnite
Soon, a new set of assets will also become available within Fortnite‘s creator mode, which will allow players to use assets from Fall Guys to build their own obstacle courses, use bean models, and even create their own Fall Guys game using animations from the original Fall Guys game.
Rocket Racing Will Also Make an Entrance to Fortnite’s Creator Mode
Players will now also be able to make their own rocket racing tracks within Fortnite‘s creator mode, as new assets will also be included for this unique game mode, providing players with the option to create all sorts of unique and exciting tracks for players to attempt.
Physics Will Finally Be in Creative Mode on Fortnite
Along with physics making its entrance to UEFN, it will also become available within creative mode in Fortnite, as it has become quite popular within LEGO Fortnite and would make a massive change to the current set-up of creative mode.
This will allow players to change certain objects from being solid and immovable to being able to react how they would if interacted with in a real-life setting, like rocks falling once pushed, explosions sending objects flying, and even objects that are slanted falling over.
Lego Fortnite Will Be Getting a Whole Bunch of Content
So far, LEGO Fortnite has only been a survival game that tasks you with adventuring, building bases, and killing enemies, but now it looks to be having a whole bunch of updates as new content will be on its way for LEGO Fortnite players to enjoy.
The first two new modes that players will be able to play are Obby Fun and Raft Survival, which are small modes that will keep people entertained for some time, as Obby Fun will task you with completing obstacle courses, and Raft Survival will task you with surviving in the ocean on a small raft.
Along with these modes, players will soon gain access to LEGO Prop Hunt, LEGO Battle Arena, and LEGO Cat Island Adventure, which will all bring new content, objectives, and fun for players of all ages.
