Friendships among the A-listers are either really wholesome or really lowkey. A fine example of this is the relationship shared by Jack Whitehall and Harry Styles. Whitehall and Styles have been friends for almost over a decade now and in a recent appearance on a night talk show, Whitehall even recited a poem that the comedian has written for Styles on his 30th birthday.

The English comedian appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on 1st February to promote his comedy special and in the interview, Whitehall recited a comic poem that he had written for Harry Styles on his 30th birthday.

After the poem, Jimmy Fallon congratulated Whitehall on becoming a father recently and after seeing the pictures of the baby, Fallon said, “She’s adorable, she’s perfect.” However, Jack Whitehall quickly started contemplating his life choices and said,

Jimmy Fallon further asked Jack Whitehall about how he broke the news of him becoming a father to everyone. The Bad Education actor revealed that he first found out that he was going to become a father when he was on his tour of America. Whitehall opened up about the situation and revealed that the audience in America reacted way differently than the audience in the UK. He said,

“So, I was doing shows out here and we found out, then I started sharing it on stage and I’d go out on stage and be like, ‘Oh yeah, so I have some news, my girlfriend’s expecting.’ And you know, American audiences are incredible, people were whooping, hollering, standing up on chairs…

I remember my first show back in England telling everyone that my girlfriend was expecting. It was like a theatre in Leicester, I was like, ‘Oh yeah, my girlfriend’s pregnant’. Complete silence.”

Jimmy Fallon further went on to ask Whitehall how his girlfriend reacts when he keeps bringing her up on her comedy sets and the comedian instantly replied,
