Marvel Studios brought back Charlie Cox’s Daredevil in the television series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law in 2022. As 30-something Jennifer Walters juggles her life as a lawyer and a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk, she crosses paths with Matt Murdock, also a lawyer, and gives Marvel fans a rare love story to gush over.
However, the romantic connection between Jennifer and Matt was only explored briefly in the series. And leaked pictures from Daredevil: Born Again suggest that Marvel writers have abruptly switched their focus on another romantic storyline involving Cox. This time, the spotlight is on Heather Glenn.

As Netflix’s canceled Daredevil series had already established, Matt Murdock fights criminals as a blind lawyer during the day, and vigilante Daredevil by night. And when he’s not going through papers or involved in gritty action sequences, Charlie Cox‘s character is busy being a ladies’ man – at least that’s what several romantic storylines of the series as well as Marvel Comics suggest.
At one point, Matt dated socialite Heather Glenn, who helped him finance his “Legal Storefront Clinic” through her father Maxwell Glenn, who was president of Glenn Industries. Despite her contrasting personality to Matt, she agreed to help the vigilante.
Matt uncovered a criminal conspiracy involving her father, who was under the control of the Purple Man. Heather’s father committed suicide, leaving Daredevil with the guilt of not being able to exonerate him. Eventually, he parted ways with Heather.
Heather briefly dated Tony Stark. At the time both were heavily involved with alcohol abuse. Later, she committed suicide.
Pictures of Matt kissing Heather in Daredevil: Born Again suggest their romance will be explored in the upcoming MCU series as well. With most Daredevil love stories ending in heartbreak or tragedy, fans are already dreading the idea of how this relationship would develop.

How Marvel Plans to Shape Heather Glenn in Daredevil: Born Again
First and foremost, Margarita Levieva is playing Heather. The actress most recently featured in the British 4-part television mini-series Litvinenko.
As per the insider, Heather will be a couple’s therapist while sharing a fancy loft with Matt in this iteration. The intriguing part of her arc is that she’s the therapist for none other than Wilson (Vincent D’Onofrio) and Vanessa Fisk.
As the recently concluded Disney+ series Echo teased, Kingpin plans to become the mayor of New York. As per the aforementioned source, he does get his wish, albeit at the cost of impacting dynamics in the Fisk Household.
