Charlie Cox‘s Daredevil: Born Again is currently in production and showrunner Dario Scardapane and lead directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are making sure that the show turns out great. Benson and Moorhead who have already directed other MCU shows like Moon Knight and Loki season 2, talked to The Wrap about their approach for the show.

The director revealed that they are consuming each and every possible Daredevil material including the comics, and the Netflix show. They are making sure that all information related to the character is imprinted in their head as they head on to work on the show. Moorhead said,

“We’re currently just consuming Daredevil content, not just the Netflix show but all the possible material. We’re just making our stew of information nice and thick.”

In addition to Cox, Daredevil: Born Again will also star Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Michael Gandolfini, Sandrine Holt, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Wilson Bethel. The series will have 18 episodes that will be divided into nine-episode halves and released separately (via The InSneider). The series will premiere on Disney+ sometime in 2025.
